Hiya,

I used to run an on-line community for Day of Defeat, but haven't played for a number of years. In my spare time I do WW1 living history and have an avid interest in all things Great War. An old gaming mate of mine suggested I download WW1-Source, so I re-installed Steam and had a look. I like it a lot - and would be interested in playing on a non-regular basis with a clan/squad. I'm not able to commit to regular matches/games but I do know a fair bit about WW1 battle-tactics. I used to play The Trenches quite a bit, and once ran a 16-player squad that took on (and beat) all of the other existing clans combined.

If any of you chaps need someone to make up the numbers, even just on practice-nights, I'd love to join in. As pompous as it sounds I like this game a lot but on the public servers I find it's not played in the right spirit as perhaps it should.

Ok, flashclan is "ok" but real skill is found in rir we always have at least 3 rir (subclan for ww1s) members on and more the. members on. You should interview each clan's members and see who is more dedicated.
